HOA Elections was formed in August 2006 in response to passage of the new election laws.  Combining six years in the association management field, government training as a precinct officer for state and national elections, and a high degree of automation, HOA Elections has provided professional inspector of election services for over 150 elections, ranging in size from 65 members to over 3,500.  We are one of the few professional inspectors that have provided expert testimony in California Courts.

We have a full commercial office that is staffed five days a week 9 to 5 pm.  We have our own high speed printers, copiers, scanners, envelope openers, mailing systems and proprietary election software.  We are the only company providing a “secure ballot” system, which help prevents un-authorized duplication of the election ballots.

  Most importantly, performing election services is not a part time job for us, this is what we do one hundred percent of the time.

  We are Bonded and carry Workers Compensation, General Liability, and Professional Liability Insurance. 

We are notaries and can provide notarized election results.

We are members of the National Notary Association, the Community Associations Institute (CAI), and the California Association of Community Managers (CACM)
