• Provide a password protected website for your members to access all election documents, find information about the meeting, quorum requirements and even submit an online Candidate Application (free for all communities over 150 homes.)
  Provide our "Secure Ballot" for each voting member.
• Provide one set (one for each unit, plus 10 extras) of #10 Return Envelopes with the Association's name and our address printed on it.
• Receive ballots/proxies and attendance of Inspector of Election and assistants (as needed) at meeting.
• Provide staffing and equipment for the ballot counting process.
• Provide documentation of election results and prepare certification of election for corporate record.
